FLAC reopened in person at the Dane County Courthouse in September, 2021. The Center is open every Wednesday from 11:30 to 2:00 pm. Spanish speaking assistance will be offered on the 1st and 3rd Wed. of each month.

Information, forms, and limited legal advice may be provided but no legal representation is available.

What can FLAC do?

• Give information on family court procedures
• Refer you to community resources
• Provide brief legal advice and assistance during the time you work with an attorney
• An attorney/paralegals/law students can help you complete family law forms, including forms for divorce, paternity, restraining orders and post judgment motions.
