Stafford Rosenbaum LLP seeks to find an experienced employment law attorney with a minimum of 5+ years of experience to expand the service offerings of our firm. As part of our team, the attorney will work closely with our business and municipal clients to advise them on a range of employment issues including interviewing and hiring processes, employment agreements and handbooks, employee performance monitoring and reviews, ADA compliance, FMLA and other leave policies, and discrimination complaints. The attorney will be expected to handle federal, state, and local employment-related claims before courts and administrative agencies, and to represent clients in labor law compliance and litigation related to the NLRA.
